IN-HOUSE THERMOGRAPHY TRAINING
If you or your company is considering purchasing your own Infrared Imager in the effort to perform in-house Thermographic checks and surveys of plant equipment then you will require proper training and possibly certification.
Before you can set-up an IR program within your company, your technicians must be properly trained! It is illogical to have unskilled and untrained thermographers involved in establishing an IR program within your company.
Thermal Diagnostics Limited (TDL) offers In-House Thermography Training for any company anywhere. By the end of our training, your inspectors will have the knowledge and confidence to perform IR surveys using any IR imager on the market today.
A major benefit of having us conduct your In-House training is that TDL will supply you with Free Off-Site Technical Consulting in the event that you need information and help on the Imager Operation and Function, Software, Inspection Procedure, Image and Data Analysis, Reporting, IR Related Questions and Troubleshooting, etc...
COURSE OBJECTIVE:
Our courses are specifically modified from the Level I, Level II and Level III course syllabus to provide you with the fundamental knowledge of infrared theory as well as hands on training relating to your specific type of process and operating conditions using your own infrared imager. It also focuses on establishing a proper proactive predictive maintenance program within your company using infrared inspection.
Upon successful completion of our training course and final examination, each student will receive a certificate which fulfils the requirements of your company's SNT-TC-1A Written practice for Thermal Infrared Training and Certification.
